I’m an IDEO – frog design – Huge – Fantasy Interactive – danah boyd – Work & Co. – Kristina Halvorson fan girl.

I’m a consultant and co-founder of Priority Studios (a design research consultancy), a teacher at the Ateneo De Manila University for User Experience Design, and a product design mentor for startup incubator Ideaspace.

I was also the former Digital Strategy and Planning Head for ABS-CBN Corporation, and its pioneer Interaction / UX Designer.

Last year, I headed the Strategy team of Nuworks Interactive Labs, and was Associate Planning Director at McCann Worldgroup. I also did consulting for global service design team On-Off Design and Technology to form its  UX bootcamp flow.

My writing about user experience (UX), digital and content strategy have been shared by Justin Mifsud (“Usability Geek”), Paul Olyslager and Playbuzz Publishers.

Consulting

I offer hands-on research and design work and advisory services, under Priority Design Research Studios.

Our clients are mainly transactional or financial tech products and agencies.  If useful products matter to you too, we’d love to work with you on a project.

Training

I’ve done lectures and hands-on workshops on various skills throughout my career – data analysis, facilitation, UX research and usability testing, content strategy and product definition and ideation.

Speaking

I’ve been invited to speak about the weird career path I’ve had and lessons I learned — working in market research, media research, then onto digital strategy and design for a variety of companies.  Some of my presentations are on my Slideshare account.
